The Encourage Team will be responsible for providing support and encouragement to pastors, staff, church leaders, and their families. Their duties include:
• planning an annual appreciation event for all Associational pastors and staff, including their spouses;
• coming alongside pastors, especially during difficult times, to offer hope and identify areas of need that the Association can assist with;
• contacting and meeting with pastors and church leaders of churches that are in danger of not being in good standing with the Association.
• developing and implementing a system of recognition for pastors and others (including, but not limited to, church staff, Bible study teachers, pastor’s and staff wives, and their children);
