The Equip Team will be responsible for assisting Associational churches in equipping all levels of church leadership. Their duties include:
• identifying leadership needs within the churches of the Association and developing strategies to meet those needs. Areas of need may include, but are not limited to, Worship, Discipleship, Bible Study, Evangelism, Outreach;
• identifying and enlisting church volunteers with specific skills, abilities, and interests willing to share their knowledge and experience with their peers in Associational churches;
• conducting or recommending conferences, training events, or resources for church leaders;
• mobilizing Association volunteers to meet specific leadership needs within a church;
