The Engage Team is responsible for mobilizing Associational churches and their members to minister outside the walls of their church. Their duties include:
• creating or discovering ministry channels, community connection points, and mission opportunities accessible to any size church;
• sharing ministry ideas and opportunities with Association churches in a timely fashion;
• mobilizing churches and church ministry leaders to meet felt needs in their community, inside the state, nationally, and internationally. Areas of ministry may include, but are not limited to, Camp, Disaster Relief, Missions (for men, women or families), Prayer, and Vacation Bible School;
• planning Association-wide ministry events as needed.
